Day one almost over...still need most everyone's information! remember it's about consistency and the courage to just get up and move:) you have a support network taht will assist you in any way.
some tips:
1. eat 5-6 small meals a day 2-3 hrs apart.
2. drink 16 oz of water w each meal
3. exercise 4-6 times a week for 30 min
4. find support to help with accountability
5. have fun, don't beat yourself up if you slip on your meal or workout, recommitt the next day.
6. take in the amount of calories for the weight you want to be. ie:160 lbs 1600 calories. standard rule.
7. try to cut out refined sugars and white flour.
8. encourage others along the way!!!!
